Recently, Guoyu Intelligent Equipment (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. announced that it has passed Bosch Automotive's global supplier admission audit and officially joined the Bosch global supplier system. This marks that the company's product quality, manufacturing capabilities, and management systems in the fields of high-precision transmission and intelligent control have been recognized by an international Tier 1 giant.
The audit adopted the VDA 6.3 process audit standard and covered the entire chain, including product development, production and manufacturing, and quality assurance. Leveraging its ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management system certifications, as well as its validation experience in the military sector, Guoyu Intelligent successfully passed the audit.
Guided by its "simple and reliable" product philosophy, Guoyu Intelligent has long been deeply engaged in high-precision transmission and intelligent control technologies. Its core products include precision rotary indexing tables, cam indexing mechanisms, and precision motion actuators. Its indexing accuracy can reach ±15 arcseconds, and its products have been applied in scenarios such as automotive headlight controller assembly and testing lines and new energy power battery module production lines. Previously, the company had established a strategic partnership with United Automotive Electronic Systems (UAES), a Bosch joint venture in China.
A company representative said that, taking this admission as a new starting point, the company will benchmark itself against top international standards, continuously improve product quality, actively integrate into Bosch's global supply chain, and contribute the strength of Chinese precision manufacturing to the electrification and intelligent transformation of the global automotive industry.
