In automatic anesthesia needle assembly lines, the cam indexer serves as the core driving component that enables coordinated multi-station operation. Mounted on rotary assembly machines, it converts the continuous rotation of the motor into high-precision intermittent motion to drive the rotary table through sequential processes including needle hub feeding, needle tube pressing, dispensing, and inspection.
The mechanism achieves a repeat positioning accuracy of ±10 arcseconds, ensuring precise alignment between the needle tip and the stylet to guarantee assembly quality. Its fully sealed oil tank design prevents lubricant contamination and complies with GMP cleanliness standards.
